You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. You must have Medicare Parts A and B, and must reside in an Erickson community.

Erickson Advantage is available to all Medicare beneficiaries residing in (Charlestown, Oak Crest, Riderwood, Greenspring, Ann's Choice, Seabrook, Cedar Crest, Linden Ponds, Brooksby, Fox Run, Highland Springs, Eagle's Trace, Maris Grove, Tall Grass Creek, Wind Crest) and other communities built and managed by Erickson. To obtain preferred Erickson Advantage benefits, you must receive primary medical care from a (Charlestown, Oak Crest, Riderwood, Greenspring, Ann's Choice, Seabrook, Cedar Crest, Linden Ponds, Brooksby, Fox Run, Highland Springs, Eagle's Trace, Maris Grove, Tall Grass Creek, Wind Crest) physician. Your costs may be higher if you use non-plan providers. Not all benefits are covered if received from non-plan providers. Your ability to enroll may be limited to certain times of the year. Your ability to enroll in a special needs plan can be at any time.

You may be able to get Extra Help to pay for your prescription drug premiums and costs. To see if you qualify for Extra Help, call: 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week; the Social Security Office at 1-800-772-1213 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. TTY users should call, 1-800-325-0778; or your Medicaid Office. You must use contracted network pharmacies to access your Part D prescription drug benefit except under non-routine circumstances, in which case quantity limitations and restrictions may apply.
