1. Nurse Care Coordinator—Like having your own private nurse

Located on-site in each Erickson community, a nurse care coordinator is part of the Erickson Advantage program. This skilled professional provides a wide range of services, from preparing you for upcoming medical procedures to answering your questions on different health issues. A few of the ways your Erickson Advantage Nurse Care Coordinator supports you:

a. Your Nurse Care Coordinator provides information and education on a variety of conditions and health-related issues. You don’t always need to wait for your doctor.
b. Your Nurse Care Coordinator will answer your questions and help prepare you for upcoming medical procedures.
c. Your Nurse Care Coordinator acts as your hospital liaison. That means helping you get ready for any hospital admissions, and speeding your way home (or to post-hospital care) when it is time for you to be discharged.

2. Member Services Representative—
    Your personal health insurance liaison

Imagine not having to wait on the phone to get your questions answered! What if you could present your question to a member service representative right down the hall, and know the representative will handle your question quickly and efficiently?

Sound impossible? Not if you are an Erickson Advantage  member. If you ever experience a problem or have a question regarding Erickson Advantage  reimbursements or billings, just call or stop by your Member Services Representative’s on-site office and you will be taken care of. This means no more long phone waits or delays in reaching the help you need.** We provide these services for our members right where they live!

3. Transportation off-site to approved medical facilities  

With Erickson Advantage, you can sit back and enjoy the ride because there are no co-payments for transportation to and from certain locations approved by an Erickson Advantage plan. 5. Skilled Nursing Care—Without a three-day hospital stay

Sometimes, additional attention and a higher level of coordinated care can help you lead a more comfortable life. If you ever need a higher level of care, Erickson Advantage covers 100 days of skilled nursing care—without a co-payment or co-insurance, and without the three-day hospital stay required by original Medicare. This way, you can obtain the kind of care you need…and you don’t always have to go to the hospital.

All of this—and more—is delivered by Erickson Health doctors and nurses with specific expertise in your unique health care goals.

* You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party. You must have Medicare Parts A and B, and must reside in the service area of the plan.
